About Coronado Business Group US.

Coronado Business Group US. is a private equity holding and incubation group. Its focus is on the overall development of its subsidiary and partner companies which includes long-term business strategy, raising capital, and executing mergers and acquisitions.

Coronado Business Group is not a traditional Private Equity fund and is primarily funded by its own exits and portfolio revenue. 

All private offerings by Coronado Business Group, its subsidiary's, or its partners are highly confidential. All offerings conform with the Security and Exchange Commisions regulations outlined in Regulation D, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other rules where applicable. 

Coronado Business Group US. was founded in August of 2020 and currently operates out of Boise, Idaho. 

It plans to continue the expansion of its portfolio of companies over the coming years.
